5. Refunds and Returns Policy

a. Change of Mind

Woody Outdoors does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or failure to read product descriptions carefully. However, at our discretion, we may accept returns under special circumstances — please contact us before returning any item.

b. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your Product is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@woodyoutdoors.com.au with details and photos of the issue.

2. We will assess your claim and, if valid, offer a replacement, repair, or refund as required by the ACL.

3. You may be required to return the faulty item for inspection. Woody Outdoors will cover reasonable return shipping costs in this case.

c. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us using the form on the home page with your order number and reason for return.

• Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

d. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
